Paul Harper ADI
I have been an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) since 2004, when I completed my training and started to work for BSM, British School of Motoring. In 2011 I started with a local franchise, Belt Up School of Motoring, which have recently rebranded as Mendip Training Centre. At my last Standards Check by the DVSA I gained a B grade, narrowly missing out on an A grade by 1 mark.

As well as my ADI badge, I have the DVSA Fleet badge. This allows me to assess experienced drivers in companies for their Health and Safety requirements.

I currently hold the Gold Award from RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders (ROADAR), which is generally accepted as one of the highest standards for safe driving.

I am accredited by NDORS, National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme, to teach classroom sessions and on-road sessions. The NDORS scheme allows motorists who have committed a minor offence to have education with the aim of improving the driver or rider’s knowledge and behaviour whilst on the road.

I have also trained to be an QCF Assessor and have a PTTLS qualification which allows me to teach classroom sessions and to assess pupils that are taking QCF courses.

I am a Driving Test Nerves specialist, using Thought Field Therapy to
develop strategies to control negative emotions and reduce nerves and anxiety
in preparation for your driving test.
